Jim Hall Maché Mix Instructions

 

Step 1: Press a thin layer of Jim Hall Maché onto the smooth skin of the throat, into the front of the head, and all the fin roots. Apply hide paste to your fish mannikin and insert it into the skin.

Step 2: To shape and secure the throat skin, simply "push" the cut edge of this skin up to the last gill while forcing out any excess maché. Smooth the skin of any lumps.

     

Step 3: Fill the cheeks by first overstuffing them with Jim Hall Maché (force the maché into every corner of the cheek pockets), then shape them naturally flat by pinching them, forcing the excess maché out through the eye sockets.
