Once your order leaves McKenzie Supply, our work doesn't stop. Each order is tracked to ensure that delivery is on time and trouble-free. We guarantee every product for 30 days to assure your satisfaction. We also readily accept returns if the product isn't what you expected or doesn't meet your specifications within that 30 day period. To make the return process as easy as possible, McKenzie Supply offers Return Authorization (RA) numbers.
Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of shipping date for exchange or full merchandise refund. Enclose a note with your merchandise stating whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a refund or credit. We DO NOT accept an forms if they have been ALTERED in any way. Altered means any changes in the surface, structure, or detail of the form. This includes and is not limited to : sanding, ruffing, nailing, drilling, rasping, cutting the wire, sawing, or bonding the form.

For Faster Processing of a Return:

1. Call to inform us of a return
2. Receive an RA number (Return Authorization Number) for that item.
3. Put the RA number on the outside of the box with the returned item. The RA number will ensure that your return will be processed as a top priority.

Terms

Shipments are FOB Granite Quarry, NC. Online
Orders will be boxed/packaged according to our standard policies. (i.e. if a form is designated to be cut, it will be cut).
UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes. Customers who refuse merchandise will be required to pay for future orders in advance with a credit card or money order.
Some of our larger forms must be shipped in an "oversized" box that is equal to the charge for a 30 pound package. This is a UPS regulation. Therefore, when ordering a large form, please use the rate for 30 pounds in your zone. It is to your advantage when ordering one large form to also order two or three other forms to get the full use of the box and the postage you are paying.
Order refusals and returned orders after UPS has made three delivery attempts will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the invoice amount plus all freight charges. The restocking fee and freight charges must be paid before any further orders can be shipped. This does not apply to refusals due to damaged merchandise or to returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Due to high packaging costs, there will be a $2.00 handling charge on orders of $10.00 or less. Prices on enclosed merchandise and postage are subject to change without notice.

PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY OF DAMAGED PACKAGES AND NOTIFY US TO RESHIP. When using your charge card, please give your charge account number, expiration date and your telephone number.
