| When
will my Online Order be processed? |
Online Store orders
recieved by 12:00 noon will usually ship the same
day the order was recieved.

fast will I receive my order? |
|
Depending on the distance
from our warehouse, UPS ground service delivery varies
from 1 to 7 working days in the 48 states. UPS does
not operate on weekends or holidays.

do I pay for my order?

For your convenience,
we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If credit card information is not provided, orders will
be shipped COD for a charge of $6.00 per order. Check-by-Phone service is also available through our Customer Servic Department.

| How
much will shipping cost?
|
|
Our rate charts allow you to closely calculate shipping costs. Because there are so many variables (large, light boxes are 'cubed' by most shippers, etc.) in the rate structures of the various shipping firms, your actual cost may vary slightly.

| How
do I return an item? |
|
If returned within 30
days, we accept returns for exchange, credit, or full
refund on merchandise. Simply enclose a note with your
merchandise stating whether you wish to make an exchange
or receive a credit or refund. We do not accept any
forms if they have been ALTERED in any way. When calling
to inform us of a return of product (for any reason),
you will be given a return authorization number (RA#).
This number should be put on the outside of the returned
box to allow faster processing.

| When I return an item,
why is shipping sometimes less expensive going to McKenzie than
when they ship to me? |

UPS has a different rate when
you ship to a 'commercial' address. Shipments going to certain
addresses have an additonal fees added, even if it is a commercial
business operating from a residential address. The determination
of which kind of addressee you are is up UPS.
1. UPS has added a $1.00 charge
per box for a residential delivery, which is being added to
all deliveries they deem to not be to a commercial facility.
Almost all taxidermy deliveries are being classified "residential"
by UPS.
2. UPS has also added a $1.50
per box "Super Rural" fee, which means they have deemed certain
zip codes to be well off the beaten path (at the driver's
discretion). This means that most packages for our customers
have seen a $2.50 fee being added. This charge is per box
(package); if you have 5 boxes delivered the additional fees
could be $12.50.
