McKenzie Taxidermy Supply's Privacy Statement

The following is a statement offered to inform you about the kind of information we collect from and about you, why we do this, what we do with this information, and what we will never do with it.

What information do we collect?

In order for us to provide you with the products or services that you have requested, you may be asked to provide us with personally identifiable information. For example, when you order a product, we will ask you to become a registered user of our site, during which you will be asked for your shipping and billing addresses, your email address, and your credit card number or other payment-related information. If you request one of our newsletters or send an inquiry to one of our customer service representatives, we will also store a record of your request along with your email address.

How is the information being used?

The information we collect is used to provide the products and services that you have requested or that we think you might have an interest in. It is also used to improve the content of our Web site, to notify you of problems with your requests, or to update you about changes to our Web site.

What happens to your information

McKenzie does not sell, trade, or rent to others personal information that we have collected online. Unless we have your permission, we will never share your personal information. If, in the course of business, it becomes necessary for contracted third parties to have access to personal information, it will only be done with firms or individuals who agree to abide by the intent of this privacy statement.

Cookies we put on your computer

A "cookie" is a small text file transferred by a Web site to your computer's hard drive. We send cookies when you visit our online stores, make purchases, etc. Accepting the cookies used on our Site does not give us access to your personal information, but we can use the cookies to identify your computer. Cookies can keep track of what you have selected to purchase as you continue to shop and allow you to enter your password only once on pages where a logon is required. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually refuse cookies, or selectively accept certain cookies, by adjusting the preferences in your browser. If you turn off cookies, though, the Online Store Shopping Basket will not function and some other pages may not display properly. We do not employ "Web Beacons" or other clandestine tracking and/or monitoring devices.

Promotional email

We will never disclose your email address to anyone without your permission. We do not allow anyone outside McKenzie Sports Products access to our email address list. From time to time, we will be offering newsletter type information in an email format. Each such email will have a clearly indicated way for you to elect not to receive any further newsletters.

Your written comments

When you send email to McKenzie Sports Products, no part of that mail will be used for any publication without your permission. Your email will stay private unless you authorize otherwise.
