Antlers by Klaus Terms and Conditions

Shipping Terms:

For added protection against damage and to ensure that your replica arrives in perfect condition, all Antlers by Klaus are individually packaged and shipped from the manufacturer in Wisconsin. Please allow three additional weeks for manufacturing. All replicas are insured against breakage during shipping. If damage occurs during shipping, notify us immediately upon receipt.

Payment Terms:

Since all Antlers by Klaus are made to order, you must pay in advance by check or credit card for the merchandise and shipping charges. We do accept C.O.D. shipments on antlers.

Care of Replica Antlers:

To clean antlers, use a feather duster or a soft bristle brush. Do not use solvents or household cleaners. Replica antlers are NOT intended for outdoor displays or outdoor applications. These replicas should be kept out of direct sunlight or areas of extreme heat.
